CUT-MAX GM 325 is based on hydro treated mineral oil with low aromatic content. A combination of polar, extreme pressure and anti-wear additives provide the oil with high load carrying properties. The oil provides good surface finish of the machined work pieces.

CUT-MAX GM 325 contains active sulphur and may discolour yellow metals. The oil is chlorine free.

CUT-MAX ML 20 is based on high purity fatty alcohols. Thus the product is free from aromatic components. The raw material is selected to have a low pourpoint for use in cold environment.

CUT-MAX ML 20 is free from Chlorine, Sulphur, Phosphorous, heavy metals (Zinc) and mineral oil.

Applications:

CUT-MAX ML 20 is used for all general MQL applications such as sawing, drilling or tapping. It has enhanced lubricity to increase tool life.

CUT-MAX ML 20 can be also used for certain cold forming processes.

CUT-MAX ML 30 is chlorine, sulphur, phosphorus and mineral oil free.

CUT-MAX T 400 ZF contains active sulphur and may discolour yellow metals. The oil is chlorine free.

Applications:

CUT-MAX T 400 ZF is the ideal oil for machine shops specialising in deep hole drilling using a variety of machines and materials. Product is suitable for drilling diameters from 6-30 mm.Typical applications include drilling of fuel injection pumps and steering racks with TBT equipment.

CUT-MAX T 400 ZF is also suitable for aerospace and defence industries for the deep drilling of hard metals, Inconel, and titanium.

CUT-MAX T 600 is based on HC hydro crack base oil technology with very low aromatic content. A combination of polar, extreme pressure and anti-wear addives provide the oil with high load carrying properties.

CUT-MAX T 600 The oil provides good surface finish of the machined work pieces. The oil is free from zinc, chlorine and active sulphur.

Applications:

CUT-MAX T 600 is designed for gun drilling operations of small diameters, as e.g. in crank shaft. It is mainly used when sulphur additives could disturb following processes.

CUT-MAX T 600 is used for machining operation for materials with up to 1050 N/mm2 tensile strength. It is also suitable for broaching of yellow metals.

DASCOLENE 218 contains active sulphur and may discolour yellow metals. The oil is chlorine free.

Applications:

DASCOLENE 218 has been developed especially for grinding operations but it can be also used as general-purpose oil for combined processes or operations like deep-hole drilling, shaving and gear cutting.

DASCOLENE 218 is used for the machining standard machinable materials such as steel and high alloyed steel.
