Quaker Houghton Aquacut 9/9 has been designed for a wide variety of arduous machining operations such as milling, turning and threading on all materials. Although water-based,AQUACUT 9/9 with its blend of surface active, and hydrodynamic lubrication additives, provides excellent machining capabilities in many operations.
AQUACUT 9/9 has been specifically formulated to provide the highest degree of foam resistance when used in high volume coolant delivery systems especially in soft water areas. Long trouble free sump life is provided on account of its modern stable formulation, contributing to an improved operator working environment
Quaker Houghton Aquacut 9/9 is highly effective for use with aluminium, all grades of steel and cast iron on a variety of machining operations, including milling, turning and grinding. It is suitable for Turning, Milling, Drilling, Deep Hole Boring, Screw Cutting, Reaming, Sawing and all Grinding operations.
