Castrol Techniclean MTC 43 Machine Tool and System Cleaner
Castrol Techniclean MTC 43 is a liquid, mildly alkaline, medium to heavy duty machine tool and system cleaner, based upon powerful low foaming surfactants, emulsifiers and anti-microbiological agents.
Techniclean MTC 43 has been specifically formulated to deal with a wide variety of machine tool and system contaminants including fatty build-up in pipelines and floor ducts.
Techniclean MTC 43 is easy to use with minimum disruption to production, being added directly to the coolant system whilst still in operation. Floating tramp oil is
emulsified.

User Advice:
Care should be taken with handling the Techniclean MTC 43 concentrate to avoid eye and skin contact. Although it is not expected that the risks of exposure to metalworking fluid will change as a result of the addition of Techniclean MTC 43, it is recommended that the normal appropriate handling precautions are used to avoid skin and eye contact with the fluid during this period.
Storage:
To avoid product deterioration always keep the container/drum tightly sealed. Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Prevent exposure to frost and avoid water ingress. For optimum product stability, it is preferable to store the product indoors between 5°C and 45 °C / 41°F and 113°F. For more details, please refer the product safety data sheet.
