Castrol Techniclean SF is an aqueous, mildly alkaline industrial process cleaner containing biodegradable surfactants and corrosion inhibitors.

Techniclean SF is designed for inter-operational and final cleaning operations of multi-metal parts and components, suitable for use in a wide range of industrial spray and intensive flood wash machines.

Techniclean SF is particularly recommended where corrosion protection during short-term storage is required.

Techniclean SF effectively removes soluble oils, light duty neat cutting or forming oils, lubrication oils, soft film corrosion preventives and general dirt.

Castrol Techniclean SF Multi-Metal Final Spray Cleaner Product Advantages:

• Leaves a temporary corrosion preventive film on the metal surface – minimises scrap rate which improves productivity.
• Good demulsifying properties, provide easy skimming and long bath life – reduces maintenance and disposal cost.
• Low foaming at ambient temperature; allows for initial cold water start-ups – economical, and lowers energy cost.
• Biodegradable surfactant package – improves environmental profile.
• Versatile; multi-metal compatible and suitable in hard and soft water – enables possible product consolidation.

To avoid product deterioration always keep the container/drum tightly sealed. Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Prevent exposure to frost and avoid water ingress. For optimum product stability, it is preferable to store the product indoors between 5°C and 45 °C / 41°F and 113°F.

Optimum conditions of use depend on the detailed application requirements and the amount and nature of the soil being removed.

Depending on bath temperature and water quality higher spray pressures of 300 bar are possible.
