Extreme-pressure water resistant high temperature aluminium complex grease with solid lubricants.

 

Applications:

COPAL GEP 0 is pre-eminently designed for use on open gears of rotary drum drives, single and double pinion kiln and mill drives, working under severe circumstances. Always avoid contamination of the grease by dust and/or dirt when applying. Preferably use a pneumatic pump/spray system.

High temperature extreme pressure complex aluminium grease with molybdenum disulfide.

 

Applications:

  • COPAL MS 2 is suitable for boundary lubrication at high temperatures and heavy loads. In case of accidental overheating, the presence of molybdenum disulfide will guarantee good lubrication and avoid any jamming or sticking.
  • Particularly suitable for a variety of industrial and civil engineering applications that work under severe conditions e.g. heavy loads and high temperatures
  • Always avoid contamination of the grease by dust and/or dirt when applying. Preferably use a pneumatic pump system or cartridges.

Extreme-pressure adhesive aluminium complex grease with solid lubricants for loaded open gears.

 

Applications:

COPAL OGL 0 is predominantly designed for the use on open gears of rotary drum drives, single / double pinion kilns and mill drives, working under severe circumstances (for example in cement plants, paper mills,…). COPAL OGL 0 can be used as well on gear teeth and open gears commonly used in the sugar industry, steel industry, and for windmills (yaw systems). Always avoid contamination of the grease by dust and/or dirt when applying. Preferably use a pneumatic pump/spray system well adjusted to optimize the quantities of grease sprayed and prevent from any lack of lubrication. Pick-up lubrication is possible with COPAL OGL 0.

Extreme pressure adhesive aluminium complex grease with solid lubricants for heavy-duty applications.

 

Applications:

COPAL OGL 2 is predominantly designed for use on open gears, in cases where an NLGI 2 grade is required. COPAL OGL 2 can be used as a priming lubricant for gears of kilns, mills etc. COPAL OGL 2 can be used as well in plain bearings highly loaded in the most severe conditions. (shocks,high loads, high amount of water,…) or for application requiring a highly adhesive grease (fifth wheel,…). Preferably use a pneumatic pump system. COPAL OGL 2 can be applied by hand with brushes, or other adapted tools. A good cleanliness of tools is recommended for optimal lubrication.
