Applications:

CORTIS MS is a multi purpose anti-wear circulating oil. CORTIS MS is meeting the technical requirements of hydrodynamic MORGOIL and DANIELI bearings used in rolling mills.

 

Specifications:

  • DANIELI® BGV and ESS bearings
  • MORGOIL® Standart Lubricant - SN 180 Part 3
  • MORGOIL® Advanced Lubricant - SN 180 Part 4

 

Advantages:

  • Excellent oxidation and thermal stability: extended drain intervals.
  • Very good desemulsibility behaviour at high and low temperature. Pass the UEC dynamic desemulsibility endurance test.
  • Very good anti-wear properties.
  • Non EP lubricant offering good rust and corrosion protection at high temperature.
  • Ashless additivation with high hydrolytic stability: preventing deposits and maintaining good filtrabilty properties.
