Castrol Spheerol LC 2 NG

Castrol Spheerol LC 2 NG is a long-term heavy-duty grease, based on lithium-calcium thickener and mineral oil. Specially selected additives provide an outstanding wear protection, excellent corrosion prevention and long-term lubrication properties for many different areas of operation.

Spheerol LC 2 NG has been designed for lubricating highly stressed anti-friction bearings and heavy-duty rollers running at slow or medium rotation speeds, under high loads and with occasional impact-type loads. Roller bearings will maintain their long-term lubrication performance even with excessive water contact. Spheerol LC 2 NG is particularly suited for lubrication of bearings contained in Wind Turbines.

Storage:

All packages should be stored under cover. Where outside storage is unavoidable, drums should be laid horizontally to avoid the possible ingress of water and the obliteration of drum markings. Products should not be stored above 60°C or exposed to hot sun or freezing conditions.
