Castrol Techniclean MP 2

Castrol Techniclean MP 2 (previously named Castrol Careclean MP 2) is an aqueous, mildly alkaline industrial multipurpose cleaner containing corrosion inhibitors and biodegradable surfactants. The product is designed to be user-friendly and environmentally responsible. It is free of inorganic salts.

Castrol Techniclean MP 2 is a multi-purpose process cleaner for precision cleaning of most metals, even sensitive aluminium alloys. It cleans to the most demanding specifications in a wide range of modern equipment, which includes spray and intensive flood wash as well as all types of dip and ultrasonic applications.

Castrol Techniclean MP 2 effectively removes soluble oils, light-duty neat cutting or forming oils, lubrication oils, soft film corrosion preventives, swarf and general dirt.

Castrol Techniclean MP 2 Advantages:

• Leaves a temporary corrosion preventive film on the metal surface – minimises scrap rate, which improves productivity

Storage:

All packages should be stored under cover. Where outside storage is unavoidable, drums should be laid horizontally to avoid the possible ingress of water and the obliteration of drum markings. Products should not be stored above 60°C or exposed to hot sun or freezing conditions.
