HOUGHTO-QUENCH C 105 is a normal speed quenching oil suitable for use at temperatures of up to 80°C.
HOUGHTO-QUENCH C 105 does not contain additives which react with cyanide, and is, therefore, suitable for use in conjunction with cyanide containing salt baths.

HOUGHTO-QUENCH C 105 is designed for both general purpose and salt bath quenching applications and is suitable for use in open quench tanks, sealed quench furnaces and continuous furnaces of the shaker hearth, cast link and mesh belt type.
HOUGHTO-QUENCH C 105 is formulated to provide maximum economy in use, has uniform quenching characteristics and is suitable for use where normal speed quenching characteristics are required

STORAGE
Please refer to section 7 of Safety Data Sheets for handling and storage information, including product shelf life. Product should be stored under cover in clean, dry conditions and protected from frost. Recommended storage temperature is usually between 5°C and 40°( unless otherwise specified. Use stock in delivery rotation.
