HOUGHTO-SAFE 620 E is a premium performance, water containing, synthetic hydraulic fluid.
It greatly reduces risks where hydraulic equipment operates near flames, hot surfaces or molten metals.

HOUGHTO-SAFE 620 E is particularly suited to oil hydraulic systems that require a balanced combination of fire resistance and good lubrication.

HOUGHTO-SAFE 620 E meets or exceeds the requirements of C. E.C. (Luxembourg 7th Report).
HOUGHTO-SAFE 620 E passes 1S020763 standard tests in a Vickers V104 Vane Pump. It gives less than 100mg weight loss at 140bar, where many water glycols fail.
HOUGHTO-SAFE 620 E passes 1S04404-1 corrosion tests and is suitable for use with steel, copper, brass and anodised aluminium.
HOUGHTO-SAFE 620 E contains vapour phase corrosion inhibitors to protect reservoirs and part-filled systems.
HOUGHTO-SAFE 620 E is low foaming, to minimise the risk of cavitation and air entrainment. In tests to 1S06247 it gives a result of 230/0 at 25°C.

STORAGE
Please refer to section 7 of Safety Data Sheets for handling and storage information, including product shelf life. ProdL1ct should be stored under cover in clean, dry conditions and protected from frost. Recommended storage temperature is usually between 5°C and 40°( unless otherwise specified. Use stock in delivery rotation.
