RUST VETO NTP 32 is a blend of mineral oil, and carefully selected performance additives (rust preventive and antiwear additives) which provide long term rust prevention to internal side of systems.
RUST VETO NTP 32 is a premium quality rust preventive and exhibits a very thin oily film, which is self-healing, resists peeling and cracking, neutralizes fingerprints and is easily removed if required.
RUST VETO NTP 32 is effective on ferrous and non-ferrous metal. It contains oils with a very low level of PCA, exceeding regulation expectation, and is barium free.

RUST VETO NTP 32 is a dual purpose fluid designed for the commissioning and subsequent preservation of both water glycol and mineral oil based hydraulic systems.
RUST VETO NTP 32 is an ISO 32 viscosity classification mineral oil based product and possesses all the qualities of premium antiwear hydraulic oil, with enhanced corrosion inhibition and specially developed glycol miscibility.
Preservation procedure :

• Fill system to operating level with RUST VETO NTP 32 and commission equipment,
• Top up to full capacity with RUST VETO NTP 32, seal and store system.

Bringing back into Service:

• Mineral oil systems : Drain system and refill with a suitable hydraulic oil.
• Water glycol systems Drain system, flush once with water glycol fluid. Drain and refill with fresh water glycol fluid.

RUST VETO NTP 32 is used neat as supplied.

Product is compatible with the full range of Houghton’s portfolio, esp. with the Houghto-Clean for post degreasing when required and most of our metal working fluid (Hocut, Adrana, Macron, Cut-Max, … )

Please refer to section 7 of Safety Data Sheets for handling and storage information, including product shelf life. Product should be stored under cover in clean, dry conditions and protected from frost. Recommended storage temperature is usually between 5°C and 40°( unless otherwise specified. Use stock in delivery rotation.
