Lubric8 Cool HPE 370 is an advanced high-performance, high-lubricity fluid that gives a very long sump life. It provides exceptional cutting performance and surface finish when compared to ‘conventional’ technology products on the most arduous of materials from automotive aluminium, high alloy steels, titanium and Inconel.

This cutting fluid is developed from a special mineral oil-free, ester-based additive package and is also free from boron and formaldehyde with lubricity additives designed to perform in multi-purpose applications from general machining with a wide range of material suitability. The product is free from secondary amines and chlorine. The advanced additive technology means extended emulsion life without the need for chemical biocide intervention.

Providing good cleanliness on tools/machines due to its detergency characteristics across a broad range of water hardness and is specially formulated to give superior emulsion stability. In
soft water conditions, even under high pressure, it is designed to be low foaming and will give freedom from sticky soaps in hard water conditions.

Recommended Dilutions (actual):

Medium duty machining 4% to 6%
Heavy duty machining 6% to 12%
