Lubric8 TFR 100 – Traffic Film Remover

Lubric8 TFR 100 is a multipurpose cleaner/degreaser formulated using high foaming surfactants, cleaning agents and alkalis for the removal of general dirt, traffic film and grease from vehicles and machinery.

TFR 100 has been developed for vehicle bodywork and machinery cleaning. Care should be taken when used at strong concentrations on polished aluminium.

Lubric8 TFR 100 can be diluted up to 100:1 depending on the amount of road traffic film to be removed and the hardness of the local water. Application can be via pressure wash or brush, and rinsed with clean water.

Directions For Use:

Brush application 1 % To1.5 %

High pressure 1% to 2%

Adjust dilution depending on water hardness and pressure washer type

When using a pressure washer, allow 5 minutes for activation before rinsing with clean water

Shelf life 3 years from date of manufacture

In use at 100:1 pH 10.0 to 11.0

Store sealed in a cool dry place between 5°C and 30°C

Storage:

All packages should be stored under cover. Where outside storage is unavoidable, drums should be laid horizontally to avoid the possible ingress of water and the obliteration of drum markings. Products should not be stored above 60°C or exposed to hot sun or freezing conditions.
