As electric vehicles advance, batteries will face unprecedented stresses due to developments in ultra-fast charging and vehicle performance. Castrol ON EV Thermal Fluid is a premium dielectric battery thermal management fluid that keeps batteries cooler, even in extreme conditions. This enables ultra-fast charging and helps to extend the life of a battery.
Castrol ON EV Thermal Fluid is a low viscosity fluid designed for electric vehicles with directly cooled battery thermal management systems.
Not for use in indirect, water glycol cooling systems.

All packages should be stored under cover in dry conditions. Products should not be stored above 60°C, exposed to hot sun or freezing conditions. Keep container tightly closed and sealed until ready for use. Containers that have been opened must be carefully resealed to prevent leakage and contamination of the product from the environment. Avoid significant changes in temperature to prevent humidity ingress. Do not store for longer than three years from the manufacturing date.
