Neat Cutting Oil for Broaching and Severe Machining

DESCRIPTION

CUT-MAX BR 500 is based on hydro treated mineral oil with low aromatic content. A combination of polar, extreme pressure and anti-wear additives provide the oil with high load carrying properties. The oil provides good surface finish of the machined work pieces
CUT-MAX BR 500 contains active sulphur and may discolour yellow metals. The oil is chlorine free

APPLICATIONS

CUT-MAX BR 500 is used for the broaching of steel, as e.g conneting rods or steering racks. The oil is also recommended for deep drilling operation with BTA or Ejector tools.
CUT-MAX BR 500 provides long tool life for all severe machining operations.

Product should be stored under cover in clean, dry conditions and protected from frost. Recommended storage temperature is usually between 5°C and 40°C unless otherwise specified. Use stock in delivery rotation.
