HOCUT 4570 is advanced, boron and formaldehyde-free semi-synthetic emulsion giving ultra-long sump-life and enhanced machining performance compared to conventional products.

HOCUT 4570 is a general purpose semi-synthetic coolant suitable for light to medium duty machining and grinding of high alloys, heat resistant steels and Titan based materials. Typical applications span from grinding of roller bearings path to creepfeed grinding.
Ultra long-life makes HOCUT 4570 suitable for both central systems and single-sump machines while the advanced boron­free technology extends emulsion life without the need for regular biocide treatments.
This high detergency micro-emulsion is designed to keep machines in very clean condition and free from swarf build-up. A special lubricity package extends wheel and support pad life.
HOCUT 4570 is designed for medium to hard water quality.
