Lubric8 Cool R–EVO is an extreme pressure semi-synthetic water mix cutting fluid, formulated to give a long predictable sump life. It provides extra performance in medium/severe cutting operations on a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The combination of extreme pressure performance and long sump life permits increased machining rates and true cost efficiency.
Lubric8 Cool R–EVO is a formaldehyde release biocide-free, medium oil content semi-synthetic fluid giving a tight milky emulsion for enhanced lubricity in difficult applications. contains chlorine-free lubricity additives which give excellent cutting performance and surface finish and is passivated to minimise staining to sensitive materials such as aluminium alloys or galvanised materials. Lubric8 Cool R-EVO is very low foaming in use and can be used through spindle coolant systems. It is suitable for use on a variety of steel alloys and can be used for the machining of non-ferrous alloys.
R-EVO is an extremely robust coolant and gives extended service life in the most difficult conditions.
