Castrol pH Adjuster 401 is a amine based pH booster that is free of inorganic salts. It can be used in single sump machines as well as central systems
Castrol pH Adjuster 401 is recommended for use in water-soluble metalworking fluids where the pH has dropped below the recommended level. The additive will also improve the buffering capability and corrosion protection of the system.
Castrol pH Adjuster 401 should only be used upon recommendation of Castrol’s Service Representative. Recommended concertation is between 0,2 – 1% depending of the pH drop

To avoid product deterioration always keep the container/drum tightly sealed. Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Prevent exposure to frost and avoid water ingress. For optimum product stability, it is preferable to store the product indoors between 5°C and 45 °C / 41°F and 113°F.

Storage:
All packages should be stored under cover. Where outside storage is unavoidable drums should be laid horizontally to avoid the possible ingress of water and damage to drum markings. Products should not be stored above 60°C, or exposed to hot sun or freezing conditions.
