Total Azolla DZF 22 Detergent Anti-Wear Hydraulic Oil
Total Azolla DZF 22 is a hydraulic oil with built-in detergent and anti-wear additives to clean, protect and support your machinery. This lubricant is ideally suited for use in hydraulic circuits where significant amounts of water are unavoidably introduced and when it is impossible to drain off the water (for instance on circuits that work around the clock). Total Azolla DZF 22 is also suited to any hydraulic circuit working under loaded conditions: lubrication of stamping presses for example as well as any hydraulic circuit which are subjected to high levels of pollution.
- Any hydraulic circuits where significant amounts of water are unavoidably introduced and
when it is impossible to drain off the water (for instance on circuits that work around the
clock). - Any hydraulic circuits working under loaded conditions : lubrication of stamping presses
for example (Müller Weingarten approval). - Any hydraulic circuits subjected to high levels of pollution.
Total Azolla DZF 22 Detergent Anti-Wear Hydraulic Oil Advantages:
- Detergent characteristics allow the fluid to absorb large quantities of water while preserving its properties.
- Detergent/Dispersant characteristics keeping the hydraulic system clean.
- High thermal stability gives the fluid good resistance at high operating temperatures.
- Excellent antiwear capacity ensuring an extended lifetime of product.
- Excellent level of resistance to foaming (silicon-free defoamer) together with rapid air release.
- Specially formulated to provide good filterability even in the presence of high water content.
- Protection against rust and corrosion.
