RUST VETO 120 D is a blend of mineral oil, and carefully selected performance additives which provide up to 18 months indoor protection.
RUST VETO 120 D is a premium quality dewatering rust preventive and exhibits a thin oily film, which is self­healing, resists peeling and cracking, neutralizes fingerprints and is easily removed if required.
RUST VETO 120 D is effective on ferrous and non-ferrous metal. It contains oils with a very low level of PCA, exceeding regulation expectation, and is barium free.

RUST VETO 120 D provides medium term protection, inter-operational and final protection, on :

o (semi)-finished automotive and machinery components like valves, gears, camshaft, box, bearing, chains, motor, fasteners, braking system, precision components with highly finished surfaces .
o Phosphated or blackened surfaces by filling the micro porosity.
o Materials and equipment during shipment overseas, when properly packed.

Dewatering applications in areas where the use of flammable solvents is prohibited.
The residual thin oily film don’t need to be removed before assembly in most case and it can act to enhance lubrication properties in the deformation and manipulation process for light applications.

Please refer to section 7 of Safety Data Sheets for handling and storage information, including product shelf life. Product should be stored under cover in clean, dry conditions and protected from frost. Recommended storage temperature is usually between 5°C and 40°C unless otherwise specified. Use stock in delivery rotation.
